Yosuke Kuroda continues to write the series’ scripts, while Kenji Nagasaki serves as chief director and both Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima contribute to character designs. The musical score is composed by Yuki Hayashi, and the original voice cast will reprise their roles.

There’s speculation about whether the TV anime adaptation of “My Hero Academia” will conclude, given that its creator Kohei Horikoshi has resumed writing epilogue chapters for the manga one year after it ended in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. At Anime Expo 2025 this summer, Horikoshi hinted at new materials for the anime, saying, “Now that ‘My Hero Academia’s’ manga has concluded, I’ve been able to collaborate more closely with the production studio on the anime and its development. This has given me an opportunity to suggest additional scenes and depth to the performances.
