FARAWAY TRAIN is an atmospheric narrative adventure game.
In this old-timey train you’ve woken up in, you’re tasked with exploring its corners to find hints about Empress Roxelana’s transient life. This powerful woman, who once ruled the world into decline by employing an ancient mystical artifact called the “Nebula Astronomical Disc”, is the enigma you seek to unravel. The objective is to decipher when and where she activated this device.
Throughout your journey, you’ll encounter locked cabin doors that hinder your progress. The crucial moments in Roxelana’s life act as the keys to opening these doors. Locate and input the numbers corresponding to these pivotal dates to unlock each door, revealing further details about the enigmatic Empress and the mystical artifact she left behind.
Enjoy the ever-changing panoramic views from the train windows, as each scene is uniquely generated to offer a fresh and captivating sight every time.
Besides the regular play mode, there’s an option called “Free Roam” that allows players to explore the train at their leisure. They can take a seat wherever they prefer, gaze through the train windows, or even read an eBook (in ePUB format).
