New First-Person Shooter Is One of the Most Popular Xbox Game Pass Games Right Now

A recently released first-person shooter is quickly becoming a favorite among Xbox Game Pass subscribers. October is already shaping up to be a huge month for the service with eight games launching on day one, but don’t overlook some of the other additions – there are a few hidden gems worth checking out.

Currently, Wobbly Life is the most popular game on Xbox Game Pass (Standard tier), boasting an impressive user rating of 97/100. It’s no surprise it’s at the top of the charts! Another recent addition gaining traction is I Am Your Beast, currently the #3 most-played game on the Standard tier. Interestingly, it has even higher user reviews than both Wobbly Life and the hugely popular Hollow Knight: Silksong.

A Fan-Favorite Revenge Thriller

I’ve been hearing so much about *I Am Your Beast*! It actually came out on PC way back in September, but just hit Xbox consoles this month. And people *love* it! On Steam, it’s one of the top-rated games of 2024, with an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating after almost 3,600 reviews – that’s a 98% approval rate, which is huge! It seems like Xbox players are enjoying it too, though not *quite* as much – it’s got a 4 out of 5 on the Microsoft Store. Still, lots of Game Pass subscribers are giving it a try, which is awesome to see.

You take on the role of Alphonse Harding, a former secret agent pulled out of retirement. Six years after leaving the spy world, the powerful organization he once worked for now sees him as a target, forcing him back into action.

We’re not sure how long *I Am Your Beast* will be on Xbox Game Pass. However, it’s currently available on all Game Pass tiers except for Core. While it’s on the service, subscribers can get 20% off the game, which normally costs $19.99.

If you decide to play this first-person shooter, you can expect it to take around two to five hours to complete. We’d love to hear your thoughts, so please leave a comment or join the discussion on the ComicBook Forum!
