They’re releasing a massive Venator-Class Attack Cruiser from Revenge of the Sith which looks incredible. Plus, they’re adding to their already awesome collection of midi-scale vehicles, and there’s a brand new, large-scale droid coming too! I can’t wait!

LEGO is growing its collection of mid-sized models, and for the first time, they’re bringing a ground vehicle into the mix with the new AT-AT (75440) from Star Wars. Previously, these models focused on spaceships.
This new version of the Imperial Walker (AT-AT) is a completely new size and packed with details! Look closely and you’ll find fun nods to the movie The Empire Strikes Back, like small figures representing General Veers, plus even more Imperial soldiers inside. It also includes a miniature Rebel snowspeeder trying to disable the walker with its tow cable.
Okay, so this AT-AT set has 525 pieces and costs $65. I get why some serious collectors might pause – especially if they already own a larger one, or even this year’s gingerbread version! But honestly, if you don’t have any AT-ATs yet, or you’re tight on space, this is a really good option. It’s a cool build and won’t break the bank or take over your whole shelf!

The new LEGO midi-scale Venator-Class Attack Cruiser (75441) is a fantastic option for fans who found the larger, more expensive UCS Venator released in 2023 to be too pricey or too big.
This new LEGO set has 643 pieces and costs $80, making it similarly priced to the last AT-AT model. It also includes fun hidden details, like LEGO elements inside that look like Anakin and Obi-Wan’s Jedi Interceptors.
Based on current indications, the new Venator LEGO Star Wars set is likely to be the most popular of the three new models released in January.

This new BB-8 LEGO model appears to be the same size as last year’s R2-D2 and C-3PO, making it a great addition for collectors hoping to complete the series.
