New My Hero Academia Game and More to Appear at Bandai Namco Summer Showcase

Bandai Namco is among the world’s leading video game publishing companies with an impressive pipeline of upcoming games set for release in 2025. On July 2nd, fans will get a sneak peek into several of these games during the Bandai Namco Summer Showcase, which will be streamed live on their official YouTube channel at 12 p.m. Pacific Time. During this event, viewers can anticipate updates on various titles that have previously been announced, as well as the unveiling of a fresh game based on My Hero Academia.

The event will offer a comprehensive exploration into the gameplay mechanics of Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and there’s something brewing about Tekken 8 as well. Given that Tekken 8 is set to introduce DLC fighter Fahkumram soon, it’s likely we’ll get a closer peek at his gameplay.

This year, it was disclosed that Bandai Namco will be distributing “Everybody’s Golf: Hot Shots” and “Patapon 1+2 Replay”. Unlike their predecessors, these games will make their debut on platforms outside of PlayStation, specifically PC and Nintendo Switch. This is quite unprecedented for Sony, sparking speculations among fans about the possibility of similar moves with other dormant PlayStation franchises.
