New Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Cast Revealed

Don’t be tardy for this party.

Andy Cohen announced the cast for the next season of Bravo’s Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which is being done to celebrate 20 years of the Real Housewives franchise.

Featuring Lisa Barlow, Gizelle Bryant, Luann de Lesseps, Teresa Giudice, Vicki Gunvalson, Kyle Richards, and Porsha Williams, this event series – coming later this year – is sure to be a hit with fans.

During the January 14th episode of Watch What Happens Live, Porsha declared that the upcoming season of Ultimate Girls Trip would be the best one yet.

The special celebration wouldn’t have been complete without a true Housewives legend. Earlier today, Andy confirmed that NeNe Leakes, an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and a fan favorite who left the show in 2020, will be returning to Bravo on the upcoming spinoff.

He announced on the January 14th episode of SiriusXM’s Radio Andy that she will be joining them when they travel to Atlanta.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always watching what’s trending, and let me tell you, the buzz around NeNe joining the show is HUGE! The host didn’t reveal much about her role, but he’s confident she’ll be a real hit with viewers – and honestly, I completely agree. It’s a smart move that’s sure to get everyone talking!

He added that people are pleased with the decision, explaining that they’re about to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the show, and it wouldn’t be the same without her. He expressed his happiness about the outcome.

As for NeNe, the 58-year-old is “overjoyed” to be coming back to the franchise.

In a recent Instagram video posted on January 14th, she expressed gratitude to some of the ‘Housewives’ who had been mentioning her name even when she wasn’t on screen. She specifically thanked Porsha and her former ‘RHOA’ co-star, Phaedra Parks, saying she was very grateful for their support.

“B–ches, I am back, okay?” she concluded. “Now pick your faces up off the floor.”

I’m so excited to see NeNe and all the Housewives together on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip when it finally comes out later this year! While we wait, TopMob put together what they think is the ultimate ranking of every Real Housewife ever, and I’m diving in right now!

Bravo’s reality show about Washington D.C. featured four women—Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner—who didn’t exactly make a lasting impression. And then there was one woman who was so eager for attention that she actually crashed a party at the White House. We’ll be talking about her a little later.

Who?

Vaguely familiar, but…

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.

This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.

The newest cast member on The Real Housewives of Utah had a dramatic and short-lived run. In January 2022, Jennie was let go from the show after old, offensive Facebook posts with racially insensitive content came to light. She later issued an apology, but the show had already decided to remove her from the cast.

Her defining trait was “cougar.”

Dr. Jen didn’t cause much drama during season 16, and her short-lived marital issues with her husband, Ryne, weren’t very exciting. But we’ll always remember her getting visibly intoxicated on wine at the Dubrows’ dinner party – it was a strange night, but definitely memorable!

The nurse anesthetist’s initial season was a disaster, best remembered by the embarrassing incident now known as ‘Esophagus-gate.’

Katie frequently discussed her charitable endeavors, but her presence on the show was limited. She made brief appearances and didn’t really engage with the other cast members as a friend. And leaving the cast trip early? That’s a major breach of etiquette for a reality TV personality.

Charrisse is mostly remembered for her highly publicized marital issues during her two seasons on the show, as well as her famously lavish champagne room.

A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?

Although it was good to see some variety among the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Peggy became a difficult personality in season 12. She frequently started arguments over minor things, often because she misunderstood what someone said, and her behavior on the Iceland trip – spending an entire day secluded in her room – showed she wasn’t suited for the lifestyle.

Nneka’s first season on the show focused on a surprising and dramatic conflict: she claimed Wendy Osefo’s mother practiced witchcraft. It was a letdown to see this instead of a connection between the two Nigerian-born cast members, and it left their conflict unresolved. We hoped they would connect over their shared heritage.

Noella brought a lot of energy to season 16 of the show. Although viewers felt for her because of her difficult personal life – her husband, James, unexpectedly filed for divorce just before filming began – it was her ongoing conflict with Heather Dubrow that really kept her from being seen as the least popular cast member. Perhaps with more time on the show, viewers will connect with Noella.

It’s rare to see a Real Housewife’s reputation decline so quickly. She went from being a peacemaker in her first season to facing accusations of anti-Semitism and complaining about a cake being thrown in her second—and final—season.

Amber and Jim both appeared to be acting out of desperation. However, Jim seemed much more caught up in the resulting problems, which didn’t reflect well on him.

Okay, let’s talk about Karent. Honestly, from what I gather, she was a dentist, but it sounds like she didn’t really click with anyone on set. It just wasn’t a good fit, and people weren’t exactly fans. Moving on!

This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.

Jules was only on RHONY for one season, so it’s hard to place her higher on a ranking, but she definitely brought the drama during her time on the show.

So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve always been drawn to women who beautifully balance tradition and modernity, and Nina truly embodies that. Like Sara Al Madani, she’s a fantastic example of a successful Arab woman navigating modern life while honoring her heritage. Honestly, she stayed pretty grounded throughout the first season, and while some of the other personalities were a bit more… dramatic, Nina’s quiet strength really shone through.

Taleen joined the second season of RHODubai and made a positive impression, but it’s hard to get a full sense of her personality after only seeing her in one season of the show.

Though she appeared on seasons 11 and 12 of America’s Next Top Model, she didn’t make a significant impact on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, mostly remembered for being pregnant throughout her time on the show. However, her memorable confrontation with Marlo Hampton while in Tokyo was a highlight.

Usually, we like to see how a new Housewife does over at least a couple of seasons before ranking them highly. But Katie made a huge impact right away on season 18 of RHOC, immediately challenging established Housewife Heather Dubrow. It takes guts to question someone like Ms. Dubrow!

To be frank, Stephanie wasn’t a favorite of ours. Although she had the potential to be a compelling Housewife due to her wealth, we were turned off by how she constantly flaunted her private jet and used it to try and control the other women on the show during season seven. It just didn’t sit right with us.

Maybe Steph can redeem herself if she returns for season eight.

Sara had a consistently optimistic and thoughtful approach to life, which made her a joy to be around, though things were usually pretty calm around her – except for the time she gave some unsolicited parenting advice to her co-star, Caroline Brooks. More importantly, she challenged common ideas about what it means to be a Muslim woman in the Middle East, and that’s something to celebrate.

The new cast members on season 13 of RHONJ quickly fell into familiar patterns for Garden State Housewives, getting caught up in a season-long, ultimately meaningless argument that Andy Cohen later called pointless. Sadly, their second season didn’t offer much more depth either.

Larsa Pippen didn’t stand out much during her initial appearance on the show. When The Real Housewives of Miami returned in 2021, a major focus of her story was her past friendship with Kim Kardashian, as well as her side hustle selling photos of her feet online.

After appearing on Bravo TV for one season, Ana tried out for Next Food Network Star in 2016, but unfortunately wasn’t selected.
