Next Expedition 33 Update Adds New Area, Bosses, Outfits for Free

I’m so excited to hear that Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has already sold five million copies! That’s amazing for just five months. And the developers at Sandfall Interactive are celebrating by giving us a free update with a brand new location to explore, some seriously tough late-game bosses, and even some cool new outfits for my character. This game just keeps getting better!

We don’t have a release date for the PS5 update yet, but the developer has shared details about what it will include.

  • A new, playable environment, taking the characters of Expedition 33 to a brand-new location with new enemy encounters and surprises to discover.
  • Challenging, new boss battles for late-game players to overcome.
  • New costumes for each member of the Expedition, giving even more customization options for players throughout their adventure.
  • New text and UI game localizations into Czech, Ukrainian, Latin American Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian, bringing the total number of supported languages to 19.
  • And more to come…

This is the first major content addition to the game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 since it was released in April. Sandfall Interactive also revealed a teaser image to go along with the announcement.
