NFL’s Cam Newton Welcomes Baby No. 9

Former NFL player, revealed he now has nine children. His girlfriend, Jasmin Brown, gave birth to a son recently. The couple has been dating since 2022.

In a preview of the October 16th episode of *The Tamron Hall Show* shared with *Us Weekly*, Cam revealed he already welcomed his ninth child while speaking with host Tamron Hall.

Earlier this year, Jasmin—who already has a 19-month-old daughter with the former football player—shared the news of her pregnancy in a heartfelt post on Mother’s Day.

In a May Instagram post, the actress from *Zatima* shared her gratitude, writing, ‘Feeling all the love, support, and even the challenges!’ She celebrated the expanding community around her.

Cam has a total of six children. He shares kids with his partner, Jasmin, and also has four children with his ex-girlfriend, Kia Proctor: sons Chosen (9), Camidas (7), and Cashmere (6), and daughter Sovereign-Dior (8). Kia also has a daughter, Shakira (18), from a previous relationship, who Cam helps raise.

During an April 2024 appearance on the Club Shay Shay podcast, the Heisman Trophy winner shared that he has eight children, six of whom are biologically his. He explained that he doesn’t differentiate between his biological children and the others, stating, ‘What my biological kids get, everybody gets.’ He emphasized that he treats all his children equally and is dedicated to raising them to be successful and confident individuals – ‘kings and queens,’ as he put it.

The 36-year-old is also a father to 6-year-old Caesar, whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend, LaReina Shaw. LaReina also has a 19-year-old son named Jaden from a previous relationship.

Oh my gosh, Cam is going to have *another* baby! Seriously, nine kids! He says he’s so excited to keep growing their family, and honestly? He has no idea when he’ll ever feel like they’re ‘done’ having kids. It’s just… the perfect family, and it could keep going forever, which is *everything* to me!

In February, he told *People* magazine that he’s still eager to do more work. He explained that his fans truly give him a sense of purpose, offering him comfort, peace, and motivation. He described them as a safe haven and a source of encouragement.

He explained that being away from his family sometimes weighs on him, but it also motivates him to keep working hard, knowing he’s doing it for them.

Chad shared on Instagram on September 1st that Erin’s labor was more difficult and lengthy than her previous deliveries. She also developed a serious urinary tract and kidney infection that led to septic shock.

Priscilla Presley, the ex-wife of Elvis Presley, has shared that her granddaughter and her husband recently had another baby in private.

Priscilla shared with *People* magazine on September 17th that seeing her family thrive is what brings her the most joy, simply knowing they are all doing well.

The star of *Stranger Things*, who is also the son of Jon Bon Jovi, announced the arrival of their first child, a year after their wedding.

The couple announced on Instagram on August 21st that they welcomed a baby girl into their family through adoption. They expressed their joy and asked for privacy as they begin this new journey as parents.

On August 6th, the actress known for her role in *Outlander* announced the birth of her first child, a daughter, with her husband, who is a producer.

The singer of “Sure Thing” revealed he and his partner had a baby in 2024, sharing the news in a post celebrating the child’s first birthday.

Miguel celebrated his baby’s first birthday on September 9th, sharing a sweet video on Instagram. He lovingly referred to his little one as ‘Angelito’ and wished them a happy birthday, though the baby’s face was obscured in the video.

“We love you so much,” he went on. “We’re incredibly proud and feel so honored that you chose us as your parents. Your Papá wrote a song for you—we hope it always reminds you how much you’re loved.”

In August, actress Katie Holmes revealed she now has three children under the age of five with her husband, Thomas Kail. She also has a teenage daughter, Matilda, from her previous relationship with Heath Ledger.

Michelle jokingly explained that she didn’t carry her newest baby herself, revealing she used a surrogate during an appearance on *Jimmy Kimmel Live!* She emphasized that they are incredibly grateful to Christine, who made their daughter’s birth possible.

 

The DJ and radio host recently had a baby boy named Micah, born on July 20th.

Calvin shared on Instagram on August 4th how much he admires his wife, Micah, calling her a superhero and praising her incredible intuition. He expressed deep gratitude and love for her.

The influencer and the rapper welcomed their first baby together, a girl named Eloísa, on July 26. 

The YouTuber announced that she and her husband welcomed their third and “final” baby on July 12.

She also dramatically revealed the incredibly unique name of their son – Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon – by showing off a sparkly T-shirt featuring the DC superhero.

NCIS actor Brian Dietzen and his fiancée recently had a baby boy! He joins their daughter, Nakano Oceana, making her a big sister.

“Wolf Monte Valderrama,” the pair wrote on Instagram July 20. “7/11/2025.”

In July, the star of *Secret Lives of Mormon Wives* unexpectedly went into labor during a nail appointment and welcomed her third child, a baby girl named Penelope.

Jen announced the arrival of her daughter, Penelope, on Instagram on July 2nd, calling her “perfect.” Jen and her husband, Zac Affleck, are also parents to Nora and Lucas.

Retired NFL player Jay Cutler and his wife, Olivia Culpo, announced the birth of their daughter on July 6th. They shared the happy news on Instagram, expressing their gratitude for their new baby girl.

ShereĂ© Whitfield, known from *The Real Housewives of Atlanta*, announced on July 2nd that she and her partner, former NFL player Aaron, welcomed their third son. They are also parents to Aaron “Deuce” and Asani.

TheAmerican Idol alum shared she and husband welcomed their first baby, a girl named Beni,on June 11.

The *Vanderpump Rules* star shared that she feels “lucky” after giving birth to her baby, Kaia Lily, with her fiancĂ© in June.

Singer Daya, known for her song “Long Way 2 Go,” welcomed her third child with husband Alex Fine on May 27th – a baby boy!

The couple recently welcomed a new baby, three months after sharing the pregnancy announcement on Instagram on February 19th. Cassie posted a series of family photos featuring their daughters, Frankie and Sunny, with the hashtag ‘#3’ to reveal the news.

Country singer Sam Hunt and his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, recently welcomed their third child, a son named Wayman Allen Hunt, on May 21st.

The couple are also parents to Lucy Louise and Lowry Lee.

Former Little Mix member Perrie Edwards and her partner, Zion Foster, had identical twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, in May.

Jesy shared on Instagram that her twin daughters arrived at 31 weeks and 5 days of pregnancy. She said the birth happened very quickly, but she and her partner, Zion, are overjoyed to have healthy and strong baby girls. They’ve never felt so much love.
