Meanwhile, no other spouse’s name appeared on the document, but Keith Urban, her partner of 19 years, intends to accompany Nicole during their relocation abroad.

Keith couldn’t make it to Portugal for this appointment because he’s currently on tour in the U.S.,” confirmed a source familiar with the matter to TopMob on July 24th. “Since visa applicants must be there in person, he plans to submit his application at a more convenient time that aligns with his tour schedule.
