Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban’s Spousal Support Agreement Revealed

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are keeping their finances separate.

The Oscar winner filed for divorce from the country singer on September 30th after 19 years of marriage. According to legal documents obtained by TopMob News, the couple has agreed not to provide spousal support to each other in the future.

The document stated that neither person will pay the other any alimony or spousal support. Both parties are permanently giving up any right to receive such payments, effectively waiving all claims for alimony or spousal support.

That’s not the only way Nicole and Keith-parents to daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14-manage their finances separately. They’ve also agreed not to pay each other child support. According to legal documents, the total amount either of them is ordered to contribute to childcare expenses is $0.

Okay, so the documents say that Nicole, who’s 58, and Keith, 57, are keeping the cars that are already registered in their individual names – good, I guess? But honestly, what *really* matters is they’ve somehow managed to agree on how to split up all their stuff – you know, the household furniture, decorations, appliances, art, and just… everything else they own. It’s a relief they’re being reasonable about all of *that*, at least!

The document also states that each person will keep their own clothes, jewelry, and personal belongings, completely free from any claims by the other person.

Regarding their two children, Nicole-who also has Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, with her former husband Tom Cruise-requested to be designated as the “primary residential parent” in the divorce documents. She proposed that Sunday and Faith live with their mother for 306 days each year and with their father for 59 days. Both celebrities had already agreed to the Parenting Plan several weeks prior.

TopMob News reached out to reps for Nicole and Keith for comment but has not heard back.

Just one day before Nicole officially filed for divorce, stating that she and Keith had differences they couldn’t resolve, TopMob announced that the couple had ended their 20-year relationship. They had been living apart since early summer, around the time the Grammy-winning singer started his global tour.

Even though Nicole has now officially started the process to end their marriage, TopMob also discovered that the Big Little Lies star hadn’t wanted to divorce Keith at first. She was actually trying to fix their marriage, even while they were living in separate homes in Nashville.

Certainly, Nicole has often discussed the significance of supporting your partner through challenges, believing it’s crucial for building a lasting and close relationship.

She explained to People in 2019 that true love isn’t found during easy times, but when facing difficulties. “It’s at those moments that people really connect on a much more profound level,” she said. “You have to collaborate and overcome challenges together, and that’s really what love is all about.”
