Vogue was calling “Lights, camera, action!” on set.
Vogue celebrated the world of film with a glamorous fashion show, Vogue World: Hollywood, held on October 26th at the famous Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.
The event drew a star-studded crowd, including Ayo Edebiri, Julia Garner, Angela Bassett, and Jeff Goldblum. Guests enjoyed fashion inspired by iconic costume designs from films like Marie Antoinette, West Side Story, and Dune.
The event was a dazzling celebration, but its primary purpose was to give back to the community. All money raised from ticket sales went to the Entertainment Community Fund, helping actors, crew members, and other creative professionals in the film industry – with a special focus on costume designers and workers affected by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
Okay, so the show was amazing! It felt like stepping into a classic film, honestly. Baz Luhrmann brought his signature flair, and Nicole Kidman opened the whole thing by performing a beautiful rendition of ‘Don’t Put the Blame on Me’ – and she did it while dressed as Rita Hayworth from ‘Gilda’! The whole look was black and white, very noir, and she looked absolutely stunning as she walked the runway. It was a truly unforgettable moment!
Following a comment from the director of The Great Gatsby asking the audience to keep the energy high—emphasizing it wasn’t a typical fashion show—Kendall Jenner showcased her understanding of showgirl style while wearing a sparkling silver outfit inspired by Moulin Rouge!
The show featured seven segments, each inspired by a different movie genre and presented in collaboration with fashion brands like Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, ALAÏA, Marc Jacobs, Valentino, and Balmain.
The event kicked off with a touch of old Hollywood elegance, showcasing the work of Catherine Martin. Kardashian family member Kim, along with actors Kyle MacLachlan and Elizabeth Debicki, helped recreate the glamour of the Golden Age of cinema.

The show also highlighted the work of costume designers like Colleen Atwood (known for Edward Scissorhands), Milena Canonero (Marie Antoinette), Arianne Phillips (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood), Sandy Powell (Orlando), Ruth E. Carter (Black Panther), and Jacqueline West (Dune).
The fashion show featured appearances by actors like Regé-Jean Page and Greta Lee, while Doja Cat and Gracie Abrams provided the musical entertainment.

The event drew a huge crowd of celebrities, including Hailey Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Lizzo, Cynthia Erivo, Viola Davis, Rita Ora, Jennifer Hudson, and Hilary Duff, who all came to show their support.
The show finished the same way it started, with Nicole – who recently filed for divorce from Keith Urban after two decades together – bringing the event to a close. Holding hands with Baz Luhrmann, the actress known for Baby Girl blew the audience a final kiss. Luhrmann, the director of Elvis, then announced, “That’s a wrap, everyone!”
