In 1984, Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird created the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, unintentionally launching a worldwide cultural sensation. Over the years, through comics, films, and television, TMNT has become one of the most popular and long-lasting franchises ever. Although it’s usually difficult to find all the TMNT movies and shows in one place, the ninja turtle brothers – Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael – now have a new home for streaming.
If you’re a fan of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, you’ll want to check out Paramount+ this November! Starting November 1st, the streaming service will have almost all of the TMNT movies and shows, including the original films from the 1990s: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.
Paramount+ Is Now Home To Most of the TMNT Franchise
Fans can now stream the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trilogy on Paramount+, adding to the platform’s already extensive collection of TMNT content. This includes the 2014 reboot, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles; its sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows; and the newest animated film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Paramount+ also offers the classic five-part miniseries from 1987, the 2003-2009 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (which ran for seven seasons), Nickelodeon’s 2012 series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the current Paramount+ original, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The Paramount+ streaming service doesn’t have every Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles title. The 2007 animated sequel is currently unavailable on any streaming service, though you can rent or buy it digitally. Also missing from Paramount+ are Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie (which you can find on Netflix) and the ’90s series Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, which is available to watch for free on Tubi.
A new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is planned for September 17, 2027, continuing the story from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Originally scheduled for late 2026, the film has been pushed back, so fans will have to wait a bit longer to see it in theaters or on streaming services.
What’s New on Paramount+?
This November, Paramount+ is offering a lot more than just Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. At the beginning of the month, they added popular films like 21 Jump Street, Blades of Glory, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, both G.I. Joe movies (The Rise of Cobra and Retaliation), Get Rich or Die Tryin’, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, and Rules of Engagement.
