Nintendo Switch Online is offering free gifts to players of the new game, Pokemon Pokopia. The game launched just last week and has quickly become incredibly popular on the Switch 2, selling over 2 million copies in only four days – making it one of the best-selling Pokemon spin-offs ever. To celebrate this success, Nintendo is giving Switch Online members access to special *Pokopiathemed items as part of their membership.
Eight new profile icons from Pokopia are now available on Nintendo Switch Online! These icons feature characters like Ditto, Pichu, and Professor Tangrowth. You can get them using Platinum Points, which you earn by completing simple missions in the Switch Online app on your Nintendo Switch.
Nintendo has added some fun Pokopia icons to Switch Online, but they won’t be available for long! This set will be available from March 11th to March 18th. After that, they’ll be replaced with a new set of Pokopia icons. If you want to collect them all, be sure to grab them before they disappear!

Beyond the recent arrival of Pokopia games on Nintendo Switch Online, March is shaping up to be a great month for the service overall. Nintendo recently added three Super Mario games – Mario Tennis, Mario Clash, and Mario vs. Donkey Kong – to celebrate Mario Day. These additions expand the offerings available to subscribers of the Virtual Boy and Game Boy Advance tiers.
Nintendo has announced that Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness will be added to Switch Online in March. This GameCube title has become quite rare and expensive to buy as a physical copy over the last ten years, making its availability on Switch Online great news for fans. Nintendo hasn’t announced a specific release date yet, but more details are expected soon.
