Last month saw the unveiling of an initial demo for Team Ninja’s anticipated game, Nioh 3, which sparked a great deal of enthusiasm, even though it was only accessible for a limited duration. A few weeks after that, the developer disclosed the findings from their player survey and detailed upcoming adjustments and repairs. In essence, they aim to enhance the controls, addressing issues in control sensitivity and offering more customization options.
Here’s a more conversational way of explaining it: We’re making changes to make the “tricks and opponents” less unfairly tough, as well as tweaking the effectiveness and equilibrium of various moves. The clarity between stages and open areas will be enhanced, and screen notifications will no longer be overly distracting – you can even dismiss them with a click of a button.
Absolutely, those are just a few of the planned enhancements; Team Ninja aims to simplify control stick-based Martial Arts movements, boost Elixir action speed, reduce the recovery time for Burst Break, and much more. Here’s a sneak peek at some of the upcoming changes, with detailed information available here.
Next year, ‘Nioh 3’ will be available on PlayStation 5 and PC. Keep an eye out for further information and upcoming announcements, such as a possible new demo, in the upcoming months.
