After the Oklahoma City Thunder won the NBA championship, it seemed nearly certain that point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (often called SGA) would grace the cover of NBA 2K26.

5th of September, I’m pumped! That’s when my favorite sports game will drop, as 2K Sports has officially announced it. Can’t wait to get my hands on it!

For this franchise, as usual, several versions are offered. The GameStop-exclusive WNBA Edition features Angel Reese prominently, while the Superstar Edition is led by Basketball Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony.

Additionally, you’ll have the chance to acquire the “Leave No Doubt” Special Edition, showcasing both SGA and Carmelo Anthony on its cover. However, remember that this special edition is only accessible for a short period of time.
