I’m so excited! Sony just dropped a new batch of games for PS Plus Extra and Premium, and eight titles are available right now for PS5, PS4, and even some classic consoles. It’s already live in the UK and Europe, and we in the US should get access later today. Here’s the list of what’s new!
New PS Plus Extra Games: October 2025
- Silent Hill 2 (PS5) | Review
- Until Dawn (PS5) | Review
- As Dusk Falls (PS5, PS4) | Review
- V Rising (PS5) | Review
- Yakuza: Like a Dragon (PS5, PS4) | Review
- Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1 (PS5, PS4)
- Wizard with a Gun (PS5) | Review
New PS Plus Premium Games: October 2025
- Tekken 3 (PS1)
To celebrate the spooky season, Sony is adding two popular horror games – Silent Hill 2 and Until Dawn – to their game selection in October 2025. These, along with Yakuza: Like a Dragon, are highlights of the modern games available this month. If you’re looking for classic titles, Tekken 3 is the only one on offer, but it’s a great fighting game.
I just saw the results of our weekend poll about this month’s PlayStation Plus games, and wow, everyone seems really happy – which is awesome! Over 1,700 of us voted, and a huge 67% said we’re at least somewhat pleased with the games. Even better, 41% of us are really excited about the selection! It sounds like most of us are jumping into the Silent Hill 2 remake first, and honestly, same!
