The creature-collecting game EvoCreo launched on Steam this week. It’s strongly influenced by the classic Pokémon series, letting you explore the world and capture creatures called “Creo” in a single-player adventure. The developers plan to add online player-versus-player battles and improve the game’s performance on computers in future updates.
Ilmfinity Studios’ new RPG lets you catch over 170 different Creo creatures, explore a variety of areas, and enjoy a compelling story – all without needing an internet connection. You’ll begin a journey in the world of Zenith, searching for your lost father while also uncovering the sinister plans of a group called Shadow Hive.
The game first launched on mobile devices, and the Steam version costs $10 with no in-app purchases. Currently, the only extra content available is a limited-time “support item” DLC that gives players a daily gift of random items and experience boosts to celebrate the Steam launch.
