Olivia Culpo Shares She’s on a Diet Days After Giving Birth

Olivia Culpo is sharing a sweet look into her postpartum journey.

Following the birth of their first child, a daughter named Colette, Christian McCaffrey’s wife (who is known as a star from the Culpo Sisters) shared a video on social media. In this video, her mother, Susan Culpo, surprised her with various desserts such as a chocolate chip cookie and a raspberry blondie bar.

On Instagram Stories on July 23, Olivia playfully commented, “And here’s my current eating plan” accompanied by a skull emoji, implying she mentioned she’s on a diet.

Since coming back home from the hospital after her C-section, the 33-year-old has been handling things with ease. In a July 17 Instagram post showcasing herself and her baby girl in matching robes (and even diapers!), she joked, “Mommy-daughter twinning!

In a playful manner, Olivia also responded to online comments criticizing her choice to include flameless candles in her hospital bag. On Instagram Stories on July 15th, she posted a picture of the battery-operated candles neatly arranged on a shelf and captioned it “Even after all this time, I couldn’t let go of these.

She went on to say, “These items have been simply fantastic after my C-section. I received some teasing about the contents of my bag, but I found myself using everything I had packed.

Speaking about herself as someone who cherishes comfort, Olivia said, “Being comfortable is crucial when recuperating from a C-section and spending extended time in the hospital. It’s not just a luxury; it’s essential.

In addition to her essentials, it was revealed on a TikTok post dated July 11 that Olivia had packed additional pillows, cozy blankets, and two full-size comforters – one for herself and one for Christian, whom she wed in 2024 – when heading to the hospital.

Olivia admitted, ‘I’m quite particular about my pillows.’ She knew she had special requirements for her pillows, it’s just one of those things that suits her. She’s unsure about the quality of the pillows at the hospital, so she isn’t willing to risk it. She needs a good night’s sleep to look her best.

Besides these, she included two eye masks for sleeping, compact fans, a fragrance spritzer for aromatherapy, her preferred collection of pajamas, and an all-cashmere black ensemble. Naturally, her flameless candles were not forgotten either.

As she sheepishly admitted of the latter amenity, “This is the most ridiculous thing.”

On Valentine’s Day 2021, Christian penned, “To my lovely lady,” with a rating of 1 out of 10 on the basketball free-throw line, but scoring a perfect 10 out of 10 in his heart.

On February 14th, 2021, Christian wrote, “To my beautiful woman,” giving her a score of 1/10 at the free throw line, yet scoring a full 10/10 in terms of his affectionate feelings for her.
