In 2026, One Piece is experiencing a huge surge in popularity. The second season of the live-action series is coming out, and the manga and anime are both progressing into the final part of the story. But the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates aren’t slowing down anytime soon! Beyond the success of the Netflix show bringing One Piece to LEGO, there are plans for a collaboration with a restaurant chain later this month, perfectly showcasing Luffy’s famously large appetite.
Let’s start with the new LEGO One Piece sets, which will let you build iconic scenes and battles from the second season of the live-action show. The sets include recreations like “Showdown with Captain Smoker,” “Dorry Vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden,” “Battle at Drum Castle,” and “Garp’s Marine Battleship.” Popular characters like Tony Tony Chopper, Dr. Hiriluk, and Dr. Kureha will also be available as LEGO figures. These new playsets join the existing One Piece and LEGO collaboration. While we don’t have a release date yet, these sets are expected to be a hit with fans of the series.
Check out the upcoming LEGO x One Piece sets from Netflix! Here’s a preview:

Luffy And Popeyes: A Match Made in Heaven
Okay, so I’m super excited about this! It looks like Popeyes and One Piece are teaming up, and if the leaks are true, it’s happening really soon! Apparently, someone at Popeyes let slip that they’re doing a “Popeyes Luffy Bento Box” starting April 13th and running until May 10th. We haven’t gotten an official announcement from either Popeyes or the One Piece team yet, but pictures of the art and boxes are already floating around, and they look awesome! This isn’t the first time Luffy’s crew has partnered with a fast-food chain – they did a collab with McDonald’s in Japan before – so Popeyes definitely knows how big One Piece is!
A One Piece and Popeyes collaboration is reportedly in the works! Expect special packaging and themed food items. While there’s no official confirmation yet, more details are coming soon. The planned timeframe for this is April 13th to May 10th, 2026.

The recent announcement of the One Piece x Popeyes collaboration included a look at the menu. It features items like the “Luffy Bento Box,” “Luffy Bento Bundle,” “Gum-Gum Fruit Lemonade,” and “Chopper’s Cupcake,” all designed to bring the world of One Piece to life. As anime’s popularity continues to grow globally, One Piece is well-positioned to benefit, making Luffy and his story increasingly well-known in Western countries. Currently, Netflix is producing a third season of the One Piece live-action series, suggesting that more collaborations like this are likely to follow.
