One Piece: Straw Hat Pirates Ranked By Their Bounties

I’ve noticed that bounties are a really important part of the One Piece world, almost from the very beginning. They seem to be how the World Government measures how dangerous someone is. Basically, the government puts a price on the heads of criminals, hoping to expose them and encourage people to capture them, ultimately trying to keep the peace. It’s pretty simple: the higher the bounty, the more powerful and threatening the person usually is. This definitely applies to the Straw Hat Pirates – they’re considered incredibly dangerous, and their bounty amounts prove it!

Although bounty amounts are often seen as a measure of strength, many things influence how high they are set. The crew’s recent adventures in the Egghead Incident Arc haven’t changed their bounties yet, but they were already extremely high after the Wano Country Arc. Here’s a look at where the Straw Hat Pirates stand in terms of bounty amounts, considering their status as a Yonko crew.

10) Tony Tony Chopper

The ship’s doctor is often mistaken for a pet due to how cute he looks. Despite his skills and strength, his bounty remains incredibly low at only 1,000 berries, even after the events in Wano Country. It’s a running joke in the series, and it’s uncertain if this reindeer will ever receive a bounty that reflects his true abilities.

9) Nami

It’s surprising that Nami, the crew’s navigator and the one who guides them around the world, has a relatively low bounty. Still, 366 million berries is a significant amount for someone who doesn’t directly fight. While she’d be a target if she were on her own, being allied with one of the most powerful pirates protects her. Plus, with her Clima-Tact and the help of Zeus, most opponents wouldn’t stand a chance against her anyway.

8) Brook

Brook is a surprisingly skilled musician and swordsman who often doesn’t get the recognition he deserves. Despite a bounty of 383 million berries – only slightly more than Nami’s – he’s a uniquely valuable member of the crew thanks to his creative use of his Devil Fruit power. However, he lacks the established reputation or raw power of the Straw Hats’ core fighters, the Monster Trio.

7) Franky

Franky, the shipwright, is incredibly expensive – his fee is a whopping 394 million berries, which can be pretty intimidating! He’s not just a skilled builder; he constructed the incredibly durable Thousand Sunny in just three days. Plus, Franky has modified his own body so extensively that he’s a nearly invincible cyborg, constantly upgrading himself to be prepared for any challenge.

6) Usopp

Usopp serves as the crew’s sniper and is a powerful attacker, reflected in his 500 million berry bounty. While he’s not strong in hand-to-hand combat, he’s incredibly accurate with his slingshot and rarely misses. He possesses all the skills needed to be a great pirate, but his biggest weakness is a lack of self-belief.

5) Nico Robin

The massive bounty of 930 million berries on Robin’s head isn’t due to any special powers she possesses, but because she can read Poneglyphs – an act the World Government considers a serious crime. When she was just eight years old and vulnerable, the Government already offered 79 million berries for her capture, showing how determined they are to stop her. Despite this, Robin has managed to survive and her story is far from finished.

4) Sanji

Wow, can you believe Sanji actually dropped out of the top three strongest members of the crew after the Wano arc? It’s the first time that’s ever happened since he joined! But honestly, even at number four, his bounty is a massive 1.032 billion berries! That instantly puts him up there with the most feared pirates in the New World. He seriously leveled up during the Wano fight, and it’s clear he’s only going to get even stronger from here on out.

3) Jinbe

Jinbe’s bounty of 1.1 billion berries is just enough to put him slightly above Sanji, but it’s not a reflection of his fighting ability. Sanji is significantly stronger, but Jinbe’s past as a powerful Warlord and his recent alliance with a Yonko crew give him a considerable reputation. This, combined with his status as the strongest Fish-Man, has made the Marines nervous about his return to piracy.

2) Roronoa Zoro

Zoro is Luffy’s right-hand man and an incredibly skilled swordsman. Despite his strength, his bounty is 1.111 billion berries – not much more than Jinbe’s and Sanji’s. He significantly improved his abilities during the Wano Country arc, even mastering Conqueror’s Haki, so many believe his next bounty will be much higher.

1) Monkey D. Luffy

It makes sense that the crew’s captain has the highest bounty, but the difference between his and everyone else’s is huge. His bounty reflects his status as one of the Four Emperors, and considering how strong his Devil Fruit powers are, it could actually be even higher. Interestingly, Luffy, Eustass Kid, and Trafalgar Law – the pirate captains who teamed up to defeat two Emperors in Wano – all received the same bounty, even though Luffy is much more powerful than either of them and is destined to become the Pirate King.
