Open World Dress-Up Game Infinity Nikki’s Biggest Ever PS5 Update Is Out Now

Good news for Infinity Nikki players! The big v2.0 update is here, released on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 at 9am. It adds a brand new area to explore, plus lots of new clothes and skills.

Be prepared to spend some time downloading! The main update is over 30GB, and there’s an additional 6GB update within the game itself. If you want to play, make sure everything is fully downloaded and installed beforehand.

Good news! People seem to be enjoying the new content, especially the new area and abilities. Feedback has been mostly positive so far.

It’s hard to believe, but Infinity Nikki is turning one year old! That means the big 2.00 update is coming very soon.

This free update, arriving November 25th or 26th depending on where you are, will significantly expand the game’s dress-up and open-world features.

I’m so excited about the new stuff they’re adding! Our hero is getting some awesome gear – she can now use a bow and arrow, and even a grappling hook! But that’s not all – she can also summon spirits and, get this, actually grow to giant size! It totally changes how you can play.

Get ready to explore Itzaland, a brand new world filled with unique characters, creatures, and exciting things to do! You’ll be leaping through challenging platforming sections inspired by parkour, and even taking to the water in surprisingly fun snail-shell boats.

You can also discover a variety of new outfits to collect, and many can be earned simply by playing the game.

According to Infold Games’ Douhu, the core of Infinity Nikki has always been letting players showcase their creativity and personal style.

In Version 2.0, we’re giving players even more control and creative freedom. This update lets you not just discover Itzaland, but actually change it. It’s based on everything we’ve learned from the past year and reflects our vision for the future, built together with our community.

Infinity Nikki had a strong start, but player interest dipped about six months after launch due to some changes made to the story that many felt weren’t needed.

The developer has been working hard to improve the game, and version 2.0 is a major milestone in that effort. Notably, it now runs much more smoothly, achieving a stable 60 frames per second on the PlayStation 5.

I’m so excited about the new Infinity Nikki update! I just saw they did a huge 90-minute livestream showing off absolutely everything that’s coming. If you’re a fan like me, you should definitely check it out – they really go into detail about all the new features and content.
