Ozzy Osbourne’s family, friends and fans are coming together to say goodbye.
On July 31, the lead singer of Black Sabbath, who passed away on July 22 at the age of 76 after a long struggle with Parkinson’s disease, was buried. This was preceded by a procession in his birthplace, Birmingham, England, on July 30.
At his Buckinghamshire residence, he had a private funeral attended by his family, fellow musicians such as Zakk Wylde and Marilyn Manson, as reported by various media sources.
In the open ceremony, Ozzy’s remains were driven to Black Sabbath bridge and bench in the city, where his admirers placed flowers and tributes for the Dark Prince. This solemn procession was joined by his spouse Sharon Osbourne and their children Aimee Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne, Jack Osbourne, as well as Ozzy’s son Louis Osbourne. The procession was also accompanied by a live brass band made up of local musicians along with singer Yungblud and some members of Black Sabbath.
