Ozzy Osbourne’s Cause of Death Revealed

More information has come to light about Ozzy Osbourne‘s death.

Approximately two weeks following the demise of the iconic Black Sabbath rocker at the age of 76, The New York Times verified that his primary cause of death was indeed a heart attack. This information was sourced from a death certificate submitted by his daughter Aimee Osbourne to a registry in London, supplemented by the presence of coronary artery disease.

The death certificate indicates that Ozbourne passed away due to a sudden heart-related incident, either an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest or acute myocardial infarction. Alternatively, the cause could be a combination of coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction.

Ozzy’s family announced in a statement that the rock legend had died on the morning of July 22.

He was with his immediate family, which consisted of his wife Sharon Osbourne, as well as their children Kelly, Jack, and Louis. They issued a statement through TopMob News stating that they wanted their privacy respected during this difficult time.

A few short days prior to the update, Kelly, Ozzy’s daughter, refuted speculations about her father’s deteriorating health condition and the existence of a suicide agreement between him and his mother, Sharon.

On July 11, she clarified on Instagram Stories that despite having Parkinson’s, which affects his mobility significantly, he is not dying. She expressed her bewilderment about the misconceptions surrounding his health condition.

Beyond Parkinson’s disease, John Michael Osbourne, more commonly known as Ozzy, had faced numerous health challenges throughout his life. However, despite these obstacles, the musician managed to perform on stage with his band in Birmingham, England, mere weeks before his demise.

In truth, Sharon revealed that the rocker was incredibly excited to get back behind the microphone for their July 5 performance with Black Sabbath bandmates Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, and Geezer Butler once more.

In February, I shared my enthusiasm with the BBC, expressing my anticipation about reuniting with the team and all my friends once more. It’s an exhilarating prospect for everyone involved.

On Instagram, Elton John expressed that he lost a cherished friend and groundbreaking figure in the realm of rock legends on July 22nd. He also mentioned that he was one of the most hilarious individuals he’s encountered. Deeply saddened by his passing, he extends his condolences and love to Sharon and the family.
