I had the privilege of being part of the incredible crowd that witnessed Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath‘s grand finale tour, an unforgettable event where they bid adieu to touring with a mind-blowing final show. They invited other rock legends to join them in a stylish farewell performance.
In the finale of his legendary career, often referred to as “The Prince of Darkness,” he put on his final performance from a black throne, captivating an audience of 40,000 in Birmingham, his beloved hometown at Villa Park.
“Are you ready? Let the madness begin,” he told the roaring crowd as the show began.
Following his rendition of five tracks from his individual discography, Osbourne was subsequently accompanied on stage by his Black Sabbath colleagues: guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist and lyricist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward, to perform an additional four popular songs together.
However, the night was filled with unexpected delights as the band invited renowned rock icons to perform during the concert, such as Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Slayer, Ronnie Wood from the Rolling Stones, and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.

In addition to the main acts, bands such as Tool, Gojira, Anthrax, Lamb of God, Halestorm, Mastodon, and Rival Sons also performed at the spectacular concert.
Simultaneously, an impressive band collaboration played, featuring Billy Corgan from The Smashing Pumpkins, Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine, David Ellefson from Megadeth, and Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit graced the stage.
At a certain moment, the legendary rock musician expressed, “I can’t explain my feelings, but I truly appreciate it from deep within.
Various celebrities worldwide, including the likes of Sir Elton John and Dolly Parton, had also prepared video greetings for Osbourne.
The earnings generated by the event will be shared among Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorn Children’s Hospice.
Osbourne has Parkinson’s Disease and has been open about his health struggles in recent years.
Previously in 2021, during his broadcast on SiriusXM, he shared about his health challenges, stating: “I’ve reached the year 2025. Despite not being able to walk, here’s something I pondered over the holidays – despite all my grumbling, I’m still alive.
