Pacific Drive Has Sold Over 600,000 Units

As a dedicated fan of Pacific Drive, I can’t help but feel elated by Ironwood Studios’ recent announcement of surpassing 600,000 copies sold. Having played this survival crafting/rogue-lite driving title since its launch on February 22nd, I’ve been captivated by the game’s immersive world and engaging mechanics.

Following the rollout of its significant free content upgrade for “Pacific Drive,” Ironwood Studios has disclosed over 600,000 units being sold. Launched on February 22nd for both PS5 and PC platforms, this survival crafting/rogue-lite driving game has earned a fair amount of praise from critics (with a Metacritic score of 79).

“Alex Dracott, CEO and creative director of Ironwood, expressed amazement in a press statement over the remarkable reception to ‘Pacific Drive’. We hadn’t anticipated such success when we began developing it. This achievement is beyond our expectations – it’s a cherished dream realized.”

At Ironwood Studios, we’re proud of the collective effort that has brought us here. We’re grateful to our community for trusting in our vision and coming along on this exciting journey with us. None of our accomplishments would have been possible without their support, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to keep enhancing the experience of Pacific Drive for them.

In simpler terms, the latest version of Garage comes with enhanced capabilities for current tools and an innovative feature called Junk Jet for strafing. The environment includes altered ARDA trailers, impediments, and other modifications. Additionally, users can now access Photo Mode, while a new premium cosmetic pack themed on the Friendly Dumpster is up for purchase.

At Ironwood Studios, we’re looking forward to releasing several enhancements during Fall and Winter. For the Fall update, we’ve got exciting new features on the horizon such as additional challenge levels, adjustable settings for customization, and free aesthetic upgrades. To go along with this, we’ll also be introducing a fresh paid cosmetics package. As for the Winter update, details are currently under wraps – stay tuned for more information in the upcoming months.

The game “Pacific Drive” can be played on PS5 and PC platforms. Our critique earned it a rating of eight out of ten.
