A Reddit user recently posted some promotional artwork for the upcoming Brand New Day storyline. One image shows Spider-Man and Hulk (wearing his classic shorts!) in the front, with shadowy figures of villains – probably Boomerang, Scorpion, and Tarantula – visible in the background. Other images give us a good look at Boomerang and Tarantula’s costumes. Plus, a user named SM Vision shared a photo of Marvin Jones III as Tombstone lifting Spider-Man during a fight. On the latest episode of the Insider Gaming Weekly podcast, Tom Henderson revealed information from an internal Ubisoft announcement about several canceled games. These projects were at different stages of development, with some still known only by their code names. Besides the already announced cancellation of the Assassin’s Creed multiplayer game, Ubisoft also scrapped two other games that were part of the Assassin’s Creed franchise.

I recently discovered Herdling, a low-key game released in August 2025 that flew under the radar – I almost missed it myself! But after playing, it quickly became a favorite. It’s a cozy game that does things differently from typical life simulators. Developed by Okomotive, Herdling offers a delightful atmosphere, relaxing gameplay, and a lovely visual style. What truly sets it apart, though, is its surprisingly touching story, which is why I consider it the best cozy game of 2025.

When older computers like the Apple II became obsolete, many of the games created for them were largely forgotten. His ultimate goal is to evolve cursed existence by combining Tengen with every person in Japan. To do this, he needs a massive amount of cursed energy, and the Culling Game – which pits current and former sorcerers against each other – is designed to generate it. While the season has been hinting at this event, the latest episode has officially launched the game, and it’s already clear this arc will be more complex and impactful than anything we’ve seen before.
