The antagonist in “Captain America: Brave New World” is hinted at by Tim Blake Nelson, who played the character previously in “The Incredible Hulk.” Following San Diego Comic-Con, Nelson spoke about the development of his character, The Leader, on Marvel’s official podcast. He mentioned that after being frozen for approximately 16 years, the villain returns with a fury, suggesting that “Captain America: Brave New World” will delve into the mind of this green-brained adversary.
