The launch of The Path of Exile 2 caused a massive influx of players that temporarily overwhelmed their servers, Marvel Rivals attracted an impressive 10 million users, and now PaperGames, the developer of Infinity Nikki, has confirmed it achieved similar results.
In a recent reveal, Sony showcased the November download rankings for their PS Store, and the results are predictable. In both North America and Europe, as well as on PS5 in particular, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 leads the charts for both PS4 and PS5.

Update [Monday, 9th December 2024, 6:15pm]: CD Projekt Red’s community director, Marcin Momot, has made it clear on X that the upcoming update will not include support for PlayStation 5 Pro nor the long-awaited New Game+ option (a feature fans have been asking for over the past few years).
This Thursday sees the hosting of The Game Awards, an event centered around gaming news and announcements. Some publishers are now confirming their participation, with 2K being one such company. They have unveiled that previews for Borderlands 4 and Mafia: The Old Country will be premiered during the live broadcast. These titles were initially teased a couple of months back at Gamescom Opening Night Live, another event hosted by Geoff Keighley.
