Pokemon TCG Pocket Details Big Changes to Trading (and When to Expect Them)

In the upcoming updates, the contentious Trade Tokens are being phased out in favor of using Shinedust for trades within the game. Additionally, players will receive twice as much Shinedust when they obtain a card that’s already registered in their Card Dex. Previously accumulated Trade Tokens can still be exchanged once these changes are implemented. Players will have the option to swap one Trade Token for one Pack Hourglass, allowing for up to 60 exchanges in total. Alternatively, players can exchange Trade Tokens for Shinedust without a limit. One Trade Token is equal to 10 Shinedust, and players can exchange them in batches of Shinedust x10, Shinedust x100, or Shinedust x1,000.
