As a huge Mario fan, I’m still holding out hope for some of the often-overlooked characters! Wario, Waluigi, Princess Daisy, Toadette, and the Koopalings haven’t shown up yet, but honestly, anything could happen in The Super Mario Movie. They could easily make a cameo or be added to the story as a surprise. Princess Daisy seems less likely at this point – there’s no real hint she’ll be in it – but there’s definitely a possibility they’re still considering her.
