As a dedicated gamer and long-time Dragon Ball fan, I can hardly contain my excitement! The much-awaited debut of Dragon Ball Daima is just around the corner this Fall. The latest sneak peek at the anime has me thinking we might be meeting the ruler of the Demon Realm.
Konami has officially announced that they are working on the sequel to the “Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection.” This collection, released in 2023 as Volume 1, offered updated versions of “Metal Gear Solid,” “Metal Gear Solid 2,” and “Metal Gear Solid 3” for modern gaming platforms for the first time. Since then, fans have been eagerly speculating about what a follow-up to this Metal Gear compilation might entail. Although specifics are yet to be revealed, we now have confirmation that Konami is currently engaged in developing this project.

Starting later this month, Dastmalchian will collaborate with Todd McFarlane and artist Federico Mele on the fresh Image Comics series, Knights vs. Samurai, which promises to continue this trend. In a conversation with ComicBook about the upcoming launch of Knights vs. Samurai, Dastmalchian mentioned that his work with James Gunn on the 2022 film, The Suicide Squad, served as an inspiration for how he developed the relationships within the series.
Lord of the Rings star Ian McKellen has been getting a lot of hype over his possible (probable?) return as Gandalf in the next Lord of the Rings movies, which will begin with The Hunt for Gollum. The veteran actor has already revealed that producers (like Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens) have approached him about returning – but there has been a major caveat. McKellen has made it clear that development on The Hunt of Gollum is still in the very early stages, and that he’s just hoping to be alive and active enough to do the film(s).
