If you’re a fan of DC K.O. – and you should be, it’s a great series – you probably know DC Comics is planning something with the Absolute Universe. However, it’s less of a team-up and more Darkseid using the Absolute heroes’ likenesses to fight characters like Superman and Wonder Woman. This makes me wonder if DC is trying to quickly create a full crossover to benefit from the popularity of the Absolute Universe, and honestly, that’s probably not what fans want to see at the moment.

2025 had a lot of event-based comic books released, many from Marvel, and some were quite good. But DC K.O. stands out as exceptional. DC consistently delivers fantastic events, and this one is a prime example of their strength in this area. It was easily the best event of the past year, and here are five reasons why.

Not every popular anime has flaws, but even great shows like Naruto and Bleach sometimes have weaker story arcs. Many older anime also include filler episodes that disrupt the overall flow and quality. Luckily, these unnecessary detours are happening less often now, making it easier to find consistently good series. From exciting superhero stories to thoughtful explorations of power, some anime truly deliver from beginning to end.

Netflix’s hit show Stranger Things has reached a new milestone with its fifth season. It quickly landed in the top 10 most popular shows of all time on the platform, currently at number 9 with over 105 million views. With numbers like these, it’s likely to climb even higher, potentially surpassing Bridgerton Season 3 and The Queen’s Gambit soon.
