Now, Sony has announced a fresh batch of these controllers, with pre-orders going live on September 12th at 10am. In response to the impending launch of Turtle WoW 2.0, a highly anticipated fan-developed project, Blizzard Entertainment has filed a lawsuit in California against the creators of the popular private World of Warcraft server, Turtle WoW. The suit claims that the server has been drawing players away from Blizzard’s own community and violating the company’s intellectual property and copyrights through what Blizzard describes as “reckless” and “predatory” practices.
