After reprising his iconic roles as Han Solo in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015) and Rick Deckard in Blade Runner 2049 (2017), Harrison Ford took on his first animated role as Rooster, a cantankerous farm dog, in The Secret Life of Pets 2. The Illumination film became available on Tubi’s free streaming service on December 1st. The movie continues the story several years after the original, following Max, a popular house dog, as he navigates new experiences like a baby sibling and life on a farm.

I’m really looking forward to the next seasons of those shows, but it feels like a long wait! It’s been out for streaming since December 9th, and the fanbase has been going wild, picking up on all sorts of little details. One thing a lot of people missed in theaters – and it’s so clever – is a subtle countdown sequence right before Denji and Reze’s big fight. It’s a brilliant way to build tension!

Okay, so I just got the scoop on the Street Fighter movie, and honestly, I’m intrigued. They’ve cast Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki, which is…a choice! Dan’s always been the goofy, underdog character in the games, and it sounds like they’re leaning into that. Apparently, they’re keeping his signature pink outfit and that iconic long ponytail, but beyond that, they’re really reimagining the character for the big screen. It’s a big departure from the game version, but I’m cautiously optimistic about seeing what Schulz brings to the role.

Because Dabura is established as a powerful character in Jujutsu Kaisen, viewers were quick to wonder how Yuka could possibly win. Many predicted Yuka would recover Yuta’s ring and team up with Rika, but the actual outcome was a surprising twist with major implications for the story.

Everything Rumi does is guided by who she truly is. This is why she feels so connected to Juni – she recognizes a shared struggle, a longing for healing despite past darkness.
