Additionally, the following titles are leaving HBO on Prime Video: Supergirl, Black Adam, Watchmen: Chapter I, Watchmen: Chapter II, and Injustice.

Supergirl Trailer Release Confirmed With First Footage

We’ve already learned some things about the new Supergirl project, but many details were still secret. Actress Milly Alcock will be playing Kara, the role of Supergirl. This isn’t the first time Supergirl has appeared on the big screen – the original Supergirl movie came out in 1984, though it wasn’t very well-received. It was originally planned as a continuation of the Christopher Reeve Superman films. A digitally created version of that Supergirl briefly appeared with Reeve’s Superman in the 2023 film The Flash. Now, this new version of the character will be a key part of the fresh start for the DC Universe.

This 2011 action thriller stars Liam Neeson as Ottway, a wolf hunter who’s part of a group of oil workers stranded in the Alaskan wilderness after a plane crash. He must lead the seven other survivors to safety while being pursued by a pack of wolves. While it features Neeson, The Grey is a slower, more suspenseful film than his Taken movies – it’s similar in tone to A Walk Among the Tombstones. The film also stars Frank Grillo, Dermot Mulroney, Dallas Roberts, and Joe Anderson, and was directed by Joe Carnahan. It’s one of over 200 movies recently added to Pluto TV’s free streaming library.
