The first one is fairly straightforward – the ending of Thunderbolts showed that team becoming the New Avengers, and they’re a close group who probably won’t be adding new members. Sam Wilson’s team, currently just him and Joaquin Torres, definitely needs more people. While it seems easy to assemble Captain America’s team from the remaining heroes, Marvel Studios might have a surprise in store.
