Pokemon Go Fest 2025 Reveals Full Dates and Exclusive Pokémon

As a dedicated Pokémon fan, I’m absolutely thrilled about one of the standout features of this year’s event: the debut of Volcanion in the game! This Mythical Pokémon, with its unique Fire/Water type, was initially introduced in Gen VI. Given that chances to capture Mythical Pokémon are usually slim, this is an exceptional opportunity to add Volcanion to my collection, not just in Pokémon Go, but also for potential transfer to Pokemon Home. Similar to other Mythical Pokémon introduced through Pokemon Go Fest events, Volcanion will be accessible exclusively through Special Research tasks. These research tasks can be obtained either by purchasing a ticket for an in-person event or within the game’s Shop. While it may take several months to a year for Volcanion to become available to all players, I’m excitedly looking forward to this exclusive encounter!

Monster Hunter needs a full-scale rebirth, but its contradictions are fascinating

In simpler terms, it seems that Wilds, according to the review by Brendy, represents a point where the Monster Hunter series appears to be struggling with its own identity. This struggle is evident across various aspects of the game, such as combat mechanics, user interface, world design, and story themes. It’s not that I’m suggesting this is a new development, but it seems particularly noticeable in Wilds.
