With the huge popularity of Stranger Things, Netflix is actively seeking out more science fiction content. They recently added The Host, a 12-year-old film based on the novel by Stephanie Meyer. The movie was released hoping to follow the success of the Twilight series, which also adapted Meyer’s books, but it wasn’t nearly as popular. In fact, it received very negative reviews, scoring only 10% on Rotten Tomatoes.

These action figures are based on the He-Man reboot from the early 2000s, including both the redesigned toy line and the Cartoon Network show, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, which aired from 2002 to 2004.

It makes sense that Marvel chose SHIELD as the focus of their first big TV series, Agents of SHIELD. The show, which began in 2013, was initially created to run alongside the movies, showing how a world with superheroes affects ordinary people and giving more detail about the organization itself. Even though fans and Marvel officials still debate whether Agents of SHIELD is officially part of the main Marvel Cinematic Universe, the series provides a detailed history of its leadership that’s hard to overlook. Combining the blockbuster films with the show’s seven seasons gives us a complete look at everyone who has been Director of SHIELD.

Annika first appeared in the first issue of Matt Fraction’s highly-regarded Batman series (2025). She’s a leading doctor at Arkham Towers, dedicated to helping Gotham’s most troubled and mentally ill criminals rebuild their lives. Her key method involves a device called the Crown of Storms, which aims to stabilize brain activity and restore normal thought patterns. In Batman #4, Bruce Wayne asked her out, but the story emphasizes that Annika is meant to be a romantic interest for Bruce as a private citizen, not as Batman.

Focus Entertainment announced that their game will be available on PlayStation 5 on January 20th, 2026.
