This upcoming title is a 2D sidescroller and places players as Swordsman No. 8. Woken by Puck, a hovering yellow entity, the reasons behind Puck’s actions remain mysterious. Together, Puck and Swordsman No. 8 will solve puzzles, vanquish enemies, and strive to reach the pinnacle of the food chain.
Anticipation builds among fans eager to chant “Get in the robot” once more for the forthcoming Gundam series from the minds behind Evangelion, with creators Sunrise and Khara still in the preliminary stages of promotions for the show named Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX. Expected to debut in 2025, this series will first appear on the big screen before its television premiere as a theatrical version. This initial cinema release will condense the first episodes into a single film titled Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX: Beginning, which will be showcased in IMAX theaters across Japan on January 17, 2025.
