As a lifelong movie and comic book fan, I’ve always known there’s a tricky side to how creators get paid. They usually get a rate per page for their initial work, which is good, but things get complicated when those stories get turned into TV shows, games, or films. Lately, Miles Morales has become a central figure in a really heated debate about this – it’s causing a lot of disagreements among fans, and honestly, it’s a conversation that needed to happen.

It’s common for announced fantasy adaptations to fall through before they’re made. With so many new fantasy books published each year, even promising stories can be missed. And sometimes, a truly great series just needs the right moment to get adapted – a moment that might never come, even if it would be a hit.

With peaceful resolution impossible at the moment, Dabura, leader of the Simurians, has challenged a single Jujutsu sorcerer to a duel to decide the conflict. The sorcerers originally wanted Yuji Itadori to fight, but when they couldn’t find him, Yuka Okkotsu – the granddaughter of Yuta and Maki – stepped up as Earth’s champion. Yuka is already facing a life-threatening illness with only three months to live, making her willing to risk everything for her fellow sorcerers. However, a technique from the original manga offers a potential way to turn the battle in their favor.

The action game Pragmata will be released on April 24th, 2026, for PS5, PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, as revealed in a new trailer. Previously, it was only announced for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S. You can pre-order the game now for $59.99. A deluxe edition is also available for $69.99 and includes extra content like character skins, a weapon design, emotes, music, and digital artwork.

Capcom is introducing a brand new game called PRAGMATA, a science fiction action adventure with a unique hacking element. Set in the near future, the game follows Hugh and his android partner, Diana, as they navigate a desolate lunar research station and work together to survive.

Okay, so here’s how the game works with the music: anything red on screen reacts to the bass in the song. Vocals and the main instruments make the purple stuff move, and the treble controls all the blue elements. My mech can actually change forms – I can be a Bass Knight, a Vocal Gunship, or a Treble Bomber – and honestly, which form is best really depends on the song. If a track is super bass-heavy, Bass Knight is the way to go, but if it’s all about the high notes, I’ll switch to Treble Bomber. It’s all about adapting to the music!

To make this list, an ending really had to be bad, not just disliked. Some endings, like those of The Mist and the original The Descent, are hated by many, but they’re powerfully sad rather than truly awful.
