His latest series will debut on Netflix on January 21, 2016. Called The Beauty, it’s a science fiction horror show inspired by the comic book created by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley. The trailer, released by FX on December 22nd, gives viewers a sense of the show’s atmosphere and introduces the main characters.

The news came out earlier this month, just before a short preview was shown at Jump Festa 2026. It had already been announced that World Trigger would be featured at this year’s Jump Festa, which is a huge anime and manga convention, and fans were especially excited. However, the preview wasn’t a new animation; it used panels from the manga with voiceovers to give fans an idea of what will be covered in the upcoming reboot.

Although it doesn’t seem like a typical holiday film, First Blood is set during Christmas and offers a unique perspective on the season. It explores themes of peace—though through the lens of trauma and tragedy—examining a soldier’s PTSD and the corruption within a small town, offering a thought-provoking look at the darker side of the holidays. Brian Dennehy also stars in the film.

Lady Gaga is releasing a new concert film called Lady Gaga in Harlequin Live – One Night Only on YouTube the night before Christmas at 4 PM Pacific Time. The film was first shown at the Grammy Museum and recorded at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles on September 30, 2024. The concert was a special, after-midnight performance for a small audience. Gaga shared that she originally intended to perform only three songs to mark the release of the Joker film, but the event evolved into a complete album performance that fans now consider iconic.
