This year, in addition to the critically-panned Apple TV+ thriller Echo Valley, she released Americana after a two-year wait, and starred in the survival thriller Eden. The popular sci-fi show Stargate SG-1, which ran for 10 seasons and gained a large fanbase, is coming back to Netflix. All 10 seasons will be available in the United States and some other countries starting February 15th, 2026, according to What’s on Netflix.

This year, Adult Swim revealed that Ninja Kamui will return for both a second and third season. The anime, originally created for Cartoon Network, gained popularity quickly, though some viewers were surprised by its shift towards robot battles rather than traditional ninja action. The renewal was announced at the Annecy Festival, and while a release date for season two hasn’t been announced yet, Adult Swim continues to support the show despite its controversial direction.

When Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor confront Thanos, determined to finally defeat him, he taunts them, reminding them of their loss in Infinity War. He points out that despite their efforts, they’ve ended up back where they started – facing him again. This line perfectly captured the story of Endgame, but with the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday, it now feels different. It seems to reflect the current state of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a whole, rather than just the events within the film.

Lucasfilm recently shared a fun video on the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel called “The Gingerbread Death Star Crumbles.” It’s a playful take on the famous Death Star attack from the original Star Wars: A New Hope, but with a sweet twist – all the spaceships and characters are made of gingerbread! The video is the first in a new series called “Star Wars Minis” created by employees at Industrial Light & Magic as a tribute to their love of Star Wars.
