After J.R.R. Tolkien’s death, his son, Christopher, took on the enormous job of sorting through, editing, and publishing his father’s unpublished stories over many years. These later publications have become incredibly important for fans eager to learn more about Middle-earth, especially after the success of Peter Jackson’s movies and the recent The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series. They give crucial background to the events and relationships shown on screen, turning Middle-earth into a fully realized world with a rich history spanning millennia. Without these published works, our knowledge of key elements like the One Ring, the Wizards, and the Elves would be significantly lacking.

Whether a manga series continues often depends on how well its collected volumes sell, even if it’s published on popular online platforms or in magazines. This year alone, Shonen Jump+ has already ended over 40 series, and recently, Eunuch of Empire by Kei Saikawa and Kotaro Shono was added to that list. The final chapter (chapter 25) will be released on November 25th, 2025. Saikawa is the author of Hero Organization, and Shono has illustrated series like World’s End Harem. The news comes from @WSJ_manga on X, a trusted source for information about Shonen Jump titles. Eunuch of Empire began in February of this year and will conclude with its 24th chapter, slated for release in January 2026.

Starting January 1st, all five Indiana Jones movies – including the original four and the 2023 film Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny – will be available to stream on Disney+. The first four films were temporarily on Prime Video after leaving Disney+ a few months ago, but that agreement ends this year, bringing the entire series back to a single streaming home.
