Starting December 28th, ten Japanese theaters are hosting special “Demon Slayer Corps Support Screenings” where fans are encouraged to cheer loudly and react enthusiastically throughout the movie to show their support for the Hashira characters. Insider Gaming reported on December 12, 2025, that an Alien game thought to be canceled is now back in production. The game will include the character Ripley 8. Development began around 2020, and while the game was known internally as âMarathonâ at one point, that was likely just a temporary title. It appeared the project had been put on hold or even stopped entirely, but it has since moved to Eidos-MontrĂ©al, where active development has resumed. This will be Eidos-MontrĂ©alâs first Alien game, though the studio has plenty of experience developing games.
