To mark the game’s release, Finji is hosting CorgiJam, a game-making event for fans who enjoy creating small, similar games. The jam will run from December 10, 2025, to January 11, 2026, and will conclude with a live stream on January 19, 2026. During the stream, members of the Finji team and special guests will play and discuss the submitted games.

I was so excited when Netflix added Troll 2 on December 1st! I really enjoyed the first Troll movie from last year – it was amazing to see a Norwegian film with such incredible special effects and a story rooted in their own folklore and history. It really put Norwegian filmmaking on the map internationally. Now, I’m incredibly curious to see how the sequel stacks up – I can’t wait to watch it and see what they’ve done with the story!

Science fiction films have the best potential for success in 2026. Here are 10 of the most promising sci-fi movies slated for release that year, though they aren’t the only ones with a chance to become hits.

The new movie, The Croods: A New Age, continues the story of the Crood family. They stumble upon a seemingly perfect, protected world and have to learn to get along with the Bettermans – another family who are a bit more advanced. The film boasts a fantastic voice cast, including Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, and Ryan Reynolds. You can now watch it on Peacock, alongside the first Croods movie and the The Croods: Family Tree TV series.

The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim faced an uphill battle because animated films are generally harder to sell to audiences than live-action movies. Despite this, the film performed poorly, earning less than $10 million in the US and only $20 million worldwide (according to The Numbers). This was the lowest box office result for any Lord of the Rings movie, which has caused concern about Warner Bros.’ future plans for the franchise. This puts a lot of pressure on the next film, The Hunt for Gollum (scheduled for 2027), to improve things. The Hunt for Gollum needs to overcome a major hurdle and fix a problem that began back in 2014 if the franchise is going to regain its popularity.

I’m really excited about this new game! Timberline Studio is making it, and Kepler Interactive is publishing it. They haven’t announced a release date yet, but they say it’s coming to PlayStation soon, which is awesome!
