Over its many seasons, NCIS has had a lot of cast changes. One of the biggest happened in Season 19 when Mark Harmon’s character, Gibbs, retired and moved to Alaska. Gary Cole joined the show as Agent Alden Parker, an FBI agent initially sent to investigate Gibbs, but he ultimately allowed Gibbs to go free, defying his orders. Parker quickly became a strong addition to the team, and the premiere of Season 23 has further solidified his role as a fantastic character.

Long-Running Shonen Series Confirms Manga’s Ending

Yusei Matsui, the creator of The Elusive Samurai, recently announced that the main storyline will finish in next week’s issue of Weekly Shonen Jump (issue #49). However, the series isn’t ending completely – Matsui hinted it will continue for a bit longer. Similar to other popular manga like My Hero Academia and Jujutsu Kaisen, The Elusive Samurai seems to be planning an epilogue to finish Hojo Tokiyuki’s story. It’s currently unknown how many more chapters there will be, but fans are sure to be disappointed when it finally concludes.
