The new thriller Companion is now streaming on Prime Video. From the creators of Barbarian, the film follows a couple, played by Sophie Thatcher and Jack Quaid, whose relaxing weekend trip to a secluded cabin takes a dark turn when they uncover secrets and strange technology. The movie also stars Lukas Gage, Megan Suri, Harvey Guillén, and Rupert Friend. It was written and directed by Drew Hancock and produced by Roy Lee, Raphael Margules, and J. D. Lifshitz.

Black Science was a really inventive sci-fi series. It followed scientist Grant McKay on a journey through different universes, forcing him to navigate the challenges of interdimensional travel while also confronting personal problems with his life and family. The story, despite its fantastical elements, was deeply rooted in relatable characters, which is what initially drew readers to Image Comics years ago. While it might not be the most famous Image title, Black Science is considered one of the best multiverse stories ever published.

Michael Myers and Ghostface have seen continued success, but many other classic horror villains haven’t been so fortunate this decade. Some might not get another chance to scare audiences before the 2020s are over, and that would be a shame. Here are five horror icons who deserve a comeback before 2030.
