It’s great to see Konami focusing on video games again. For years, it seemed like they were prioritizing Pachinko machines over console games, but recent successes with titles like Silent Hill and Metal Gear show they’re back on track.
MP1ST, a gaming news site, confirms earlier reports from IGN and VGC in May 2024 that Capcom is planning remakes of both Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica. They say the Resident Evil 0 remake is currently known internally as “Chamber,” a nod to the game’s character Rebecca Chambers.

As a Reddit user, I was really frustrated today! The AWS Service Health page said things were starting to get better, but it kept flip-flopping between ‘degraded’ and ‘impacted’. And Reddit was *definitely* feeling the impact – the main page, lots of subreddits, and even just trying to load individual posts kept giving me a ‘too many requests’ error. It was super annoying!
Okay, so it looks like the problems are coming from Amazon Web Services, or AWS. It’s a huge cloud platform that a lot of companies rely on – even banks! Apparently, something’s going on over there that’s causing issues for everyone.
