The filmmakers believe Indy’s performance is so good it deserves an Oscar, even though dogs aren’t eligible! Indy himself even ‘wrote’ an open letter to Variety expressing his desire to win.

However, it doesn’t quite reach the same impactful level as a highly regarded film from 2018, a movie that continues to resonate with audiences today.
