Yooka-Replaylee Review – Second Verse, Same as the First

Following the success of *The Impossible Lair*, Playtonic Games has revisited its roots with *Yooka-Replaylee*. This new version features updated graphics and animations, helpful quality-of-life improvements, and a completely redesigned arcade. While it offers many changes and enhancements to the original, *Yooka-Replaylee* still struggles with level design and platforming that can be either too easy or frustratingly difficult. He was Tony Stark in ten films across the Infinity Saga, and it’s fascinating to learn that a lot of those movies had deleted scenes that could have *really* changed things for his character – and the whole franchise! Apparently, there are three scenes in particular that, if they’d stayed in, would have given us a very different Iron Man and a very different MCU. It’s wild to think about how a few extra moments of footage could have altered everything!

At this year’s DesertCon, actor Viggo Mortensen shared his thoughts on *The Hunt for Gollum*. He’s read the script and believes it’s excellent, praising the team behind it. He’s particularly excited that many of the original creative minds from *The Lord of the Rings* – including Fran Walsh, Peter Jackson, and Philippa Boyens – are heavily involved, along with the same production designers. The film will also be shot in New Zealand, maintaining a strong connection to the original films. Mortensen feels like it’s reuniting a fantastic team and predicts fans will really enjoy it.

Star Trek Almost Brought Captain Kirk Back 10 Years After His Death (& Honestly, The Scrapped Plan Sounds Amazing)

Before *Strange New Worlds* brought renewed excitement for the original *Star Trek*, *Enterprise* almost achieved a major crossover event. Writer and producer Mike Sussman told *TrekMovie.com* that the show’s creator, Manny Coto, planned a two-part story set in the Mirror Universe for the fourth season, with William Shatner playing a central role. However, despite months of effort, the network or studio wouldn’t agree to Shatner’s asking price.
